WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Answer: We currently have one location based in Massapequa, New York. Unfortunately we do not offer walk in services at this time, however, we proudly ship all across the U.S. via USPS and FedEx.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?
Answer: We use a variety of premium ingredients in our banana bread, cookies, and icings, including milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar, and flour. Our Banana bread and cookies, do not contain any preservatives or trans fats in either the cake or icing.
I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. DOES LUKES BAKE SHOP MAKE ANYTHING WHEAT, DAIRY, OR NUT FREE?
Answer: We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. All of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and eggs may be present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at our baking facility, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts, dairy, or eggs.
DO YOU OFFER ANY GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS?
Answer: We do not offer any gluten free products at this time, but we continue to add / change the menu often, so please check back in near future.
DOES LUKES BAKE SHOPÂ DELIVER?
Personal delivery / drop off is not available. All orders are shipped by mail via U.S.P.S. or FedEx.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING?
Answer: At Lukes Bake Shop, everything is made fresh from scratch using the finest ingredients. Since we bake to order, we cannot ship same day. All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Answer: For real time rates, place an item in your shopping cart, proceed to the check out menu, and you will be able to view the total cost breakdown prior to purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Answer: While Lukes Bake Shop does not require a signature at the time of purchase. According to the FedEx and USPS policies, their drivers will only leave the package at a recipient's door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is 'safe" and reasonable to do so. For this reason, it is also necessary for customers to notify a gift recipient before the date of delivery.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Answer: Orders must be cancelled within 24hrs after purchase for full refund. Please call 347-263-4314 for assistance.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
Answer: If there is a problem with an order you received, please call 347-263-4314 or email us at luke@lukesbakeshop.com. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
